Start receiving temporary mail right away; sign in to the forwarding dashboard with an email verification code.
Temporary addresses last 3 hours by default, while forwarding archives are retained for about 30 days.
Product integration, template previews, and short-term sign-ups with controlled risk are typical uses.
Automated attacks, spam, impersonation, and attempts to evade platform rules are not allowed.
Permitted uses
- Testing sign-ups, verification codes, notifications, and HTML email templates
- Isolating public-resource downloads or short-term trial emails
- Creating identifiable forwarding aliases for different projects
- Troubleshooting delivery issues in authorized environments
Uses that may lead to suspension
- Sending spam, phishing, malware, or harassing content
- Impersonating others, stealing accounts, or bypassing bans
- Bulk registration, automated attacks, or consuming infrastructure resources
- Receiving or distributing illegal or rights-infringing material
1. Acceptance and scope
These terms are an agreement between you and Temponce covering your use of this site. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
Additional legal requirements may apply in some jurisdictions, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with them. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an address, log in, or use forwarding features.
2. Services
This site provides temporary email, email previews, forwarding aliases, archives retained for about 30 days, and optional two-step verification. Features may be temporarily adjusted due to capacity, security incidents, or maintenance.
Temporary addresses are not permanent mailboxes. They are valid for 3 hours by default, and their total lifetime cannot exceed 24 hours even after an extension. Forwarding does not guarantee delivery; sending servers, filters, and destination mailboxes may affect the outcome.
3. Login and account responsibilities
The forwarding dashboard uses one-time verification codes sent to a real email address. You must be authorized to access the email address you provide and are responsible for protecting your local tokens, verification codes, and two-step verification keys.
Do not share login codes or leave sessions active on public devices. If you discover unauthorized access, sign out immediately, update the relevant email security settings, and contact support.
4. Address and alias responsibilities
Choose an alias prefix that does not impersonate anyone, infringe trademarks, or mislead recipients. The system may reserve administrative, support-related, or easily confusing names.
When an alias is paused, new messages are discarded; deleting an alias is generally irreversible. Important operations should not rely on this site as the sole communication or recovery channel.
5. Email content
Email content is created by senders and users, and we do not endorse its authenticity or legality. You must ensure that you have a lawful basis to receive, view, forward, and download attachments.
Do not use temporary email for financial, medical, government identity, customer production data, or other sensitive information that must be retained long term. Links and attachments in emails may still be risky; verify them independently before opening.
6. Automation and fair use
Reasonable manual testing and controlled development integration are allowed, but you must not use scripts to generate abnormal requests, evade rate limits, or occupy addresses in bulk. Scraping, reselling, or repackaging this service without written permission is prohibited.
We may rate-limit or temporarily block activity based on request rates, error patterns, and resource usage. These measures protect overall availability, and we do not guarantee advance notice of every automated action.
7. Capacity and attachment limits
| Item | Service limits | Your responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary email | 3 hours by default, 24 hours maximum | Read messages and save anything necessary before expiration |
| Forwarding alias | Account quota as shown in the dashboard | Delete unused aliases and avoid bulk allocation |
| Forwarding archive | Rolling retention of about 30 days | Save evidence you need to retain long term |
| Large attachments | May be forwarded without being retained on site; oversized messages may be rejected | Verify them in the destination mailbox and scan them with security tools |
Capacity figures describe normal operating limits, not a promise that every message will be delivered. Limits may be stricter when infrastructure is under pressure, security risks arise, or an upstream service fails.
8. Intellectual property
This site's interface, branding, copy, and proprietary code are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer any trademark, domain, source code, or other rights to you.
You retain the rights you hold in lawful content you submit and grant us limited permission to process it only as necessary to transmit, display, protect, and troubleshoot the service. That permission ends when the processing purpose ends, except for records retained as required by law.
9. Third-party services
Email delivery depends on the internet and third-party mail systems, and links may point to external services. Third parties are solely responsible for their own terms, security, and availability.
Displaying an email on this site does not constitute an endorsement of its sender. You should independently assess whether links, attachments, verification-code requests, and account notifications are trustworthy.
10. Suspension and termination
If use violates these terms, threatens security, infringes rights, or materially affects other users, we may restrict addresses, sessions, accounts, or network access. In cases of urgent risk, we may act first and respond to an appeal afterward as appropriate.
You may stop using temporary email, delete aliases, and sign out of the dashboard. Termination does not affect responsibilities already incurred, nor does it require us to restore data that has been deleted according to its retention cycle.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or delivery of every message. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by address expiration, third-party filtering, user error, or unreasonable reliance on the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities; these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by local law. You should never use this site as the sole recovery method for a critical account.
12. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms and change the date at the top of the page when features or the legal environment change. Continued use of the updated service means you accept the new terms; we will provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes.
Send questions, abuse reports, or disputes to support@temponce.com, including the relevant facts and times. The parties should first communicate in good faith; if the matter cannot be resolved, applicable law and proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction will determine the next steps.
